Reliable and timely service, my closing process delivers the best closing experience to every signer, escrow, and mortgage officer.
Schedule appointment via call, text, or email and establish a preferred method of communication. Signing can take place either in an office or at the signer's address of choice.
Step 1Determine an appropriate fee for the completion of the loan signing/notarization.
Step 2Decide how the unsigned loan documents will be delivered to Notary. Documents can either be printed by escrow or emailed to Notary.
Step 3Will the signing take place outside? Are there special instructions for trust verbiage? Notary is flexible to accomodate special request.
Step 4Notary arrives on time to the appointment and gets documents signed. If there are any questions that arise during the signing, the Notary will contact appropriate parties (ie. Escrow, Title, Lender).
Step 5Notary can drop off docs at a local office or use a delivery service such as FedEx or UPS. Notary will deliver docs in a timely manner.
Step 6Once docs are received and file is closed, the agreed fee is sent to Notary via agreed method of payment within 30 days.
Step 7I needed some paperwork to be notarized and was referred to Justin by a family member. He was quick, diligent and extremely friendly with my husband and I. Highly would recommend him to others who need someone to quickly get the job done promptly! It's nice to have someone drive to you versus you driving to them.
Justin was by far the most accommodating Notary I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he extremely professional, he was also able to help us sign some documents on very short notice. He made himself available to us on one hour notice and the process took about an hour but he remained patient throughout the entire experience. To call this young man personable, experienced, and diligent would be nothing but an understatement...
